Apr 5: Savannah Biathlon

The Savannah Biathlon will be held Saturday, April 5 at 8am at the Chatham County Aquatic Center. The event will help raise money for our Olympic Hopeful and to encourage everyone to exercise and have fun. The children will swim in the small pool from 1-4 laps (they can get out of the pool when they are tired) and then will run or walk one lap (about 1 ½ miles) around Lake Meyer. The adults will swim 500 yards in the Olympic pool and run 2 laps (about 3 miles) around Lake Meyer. Everyone who participates and crosses the finish line will receive a finisher’s medal!
